What User doesn't like about Setagaya:
the waitress tip 20 on my credit card! I went to setagaya st. marks (on 16th february at 16 o'clock) not this position. but I can't check setagaya east village on google so I post the review here. I'm sorry. the service was terrible and the rugs lubricated like water. I have not tipped (they can see the picture of my entry), but the waitress illegally charged 20 tips on my bank later. Inside Japan Village, great spot for ramen. A bit pricey, but tons of people line up for their ramen daily. Does not disappoint.

"Sadly, I'm addicted lol. I've tried quite a few boba shops and Gong Cha is one of the best boba tea's ever. I order the creme brulee flavor mainly and my daughter loves the cookies and cream w/soy milk. The creme brulee milk caps are beyond amazing, you can control the sugar and ice level, also great options. The staff is great even when I order through Grub Hub, they will call you for needed adjustments promptly."

"The gigantic guava donut topped with cream cheese is simply amazing. I'd like to go back to try some of their other unique donut flavors (such as hibiscus and dulce de leche). We also ate empanadas: one with egg and cheese, and the other with guava and cheese. The latte was on point too. Unfortunately, they don't use any real plates, cups, or cutlery, so everything is packed in cardboard boxes, even if you're eating in. Despite it all being biodegradable, it would still be better for the environment (and customers eating in) to use real cutlery, plates, cups, etc. Overall though, a cheery, bright café to enjoy your vegan breakfast.
