I was in Subways throughout this country and must say that the customer service was beyond fabulous. They showed great patience when they serve my almost deaf friend when the order was created. Ordered online, extra meat, toasted. Which is clearly printed on the ticket. Received my sandwich, despite being charged for extra meat, my sandwich had 2 pieces. Tried calling store 2x, no answer. Went back to the store where the teenage worker fixed my order- which was not toasted and was received cold. Essentially, this store made my online order wrong, twice.
