10/2/2023 you want people to contact you. But from I reading mgr retaliation is happening. NOTHING HAS CHANGED IF YOU GO BACK ON COMPLAINTS A YEAR AGO.still disrespectful staff,bad food,slow service,lack, communication and a Manger not doing their job. Slushy machine has been down for weeks maybe months. The ice machine at the fountain drink is not working. You're associates coming around, wiping with tables with strong smelling cleaners. Maybe your customers would spend more money if the food and service better. We were just enjoying some cool a c nothinconvenience seeing or in anybody's way. We are Dq rewards holders. And you're not going to have a very good review. It also cost you a complaint up to the corporate office.
