I wanted to commend the manager of this restaurant. My order was delivered incorrectly, so I returned to the store to get the missing items. The manager not only replaced the entire order for us, but also went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Additionally, he was very kind and the food quality was excellent. I have ordered online from this restaurant multiple times, and each time my sandwich, fries, and drink take over thirty minutes to arrive. I do not recommend this restaurant chain because of the incredibly long wait times and multiple instances of missing items in my order. View all feedback.
