"What we hoped for. On the way to a chain restaurant in the city, we saw Pottery Grill and made an immediate and U-turn. Simple farming, and half a dozen trade trucks before noon were promising indicators. It was just inside out. No ruffles, no stupidity. A weathered senior took our order without mistake. My chicken breast came with big steak /Fries and my staff pulled pig with Cole Slav. The food was tasty without being overwhelming and filling without being excessive. That's exactly what we hope for hunters of laal secrets. Good simple food and a well-run restaurant, with southern heroes on the wall from Dale to Festus."
