I read the reviews and all complained that pizza was cooked. Well, I have mine for perfection. I can't stand so sharp bread that folds and drips. We have a "famous" place in Northampton, the pizza sold almost uncooked, rough! That was delicious! Crispy, but not burned. Spices are right, cheese was so delicious. Everything was good. I'm sure I'll be back on my next trip from the Boondocks. Ah. read more.
