We had lunch and drinks today at matsos. Great service by all the staff meals were great and the ginger beer is amazing. Highly recommended!

"The restaurant is in a lovely setting - glassed, open walls on the inside area or pleasant outdoor areas. Service is fairly attentive - we saw a couple of times when diners were 'being left' with no service - on the two times we dined there. The food was delicious - fish dish and the beef was exceptional. Then to finish off a good meal the chocolate fondant, rhubarb soup and toffee ice-cream dessert was to die for. Certainly a good place to dine at Cable Beach."

"We dined on a Sunday evening. Staff really friendly, service very good.We all had pizza and weren't disappointed. The pizzas don't look very big but the generous toppings make up for it. They were delicious and very fresh, up there with the best pizzas we've ever had.Look out for the planes landing at the airport, as the restaurant is near the runway ( hence the name!) the planes are VERY low!"
