What User likes about Dunkin':
I'd go there at least twice a day. Mostly for the Chi tea, so a breakfast package was always a treat. Doughnuts always fresh. My favorite apple. Or sour cream. My only problem was the changed Chi tea. Now I'm going once or twice a month. The new Chi tea sucks. The employees agree. And in time, my friends say the same. What Roderick Farrulla doesn't like about Dunkin':
Monday Friday they are perfect, Saturday and Sundays they get my simple 2 drink order mixed up with someone else 's (every time). Confronted management on the issue and I now understand why they have horrible service on the weekends (he refused to take responsibility on the restaurant 's ongoing mistakes). Was very rude to my mother, and gave us the wrong order. And the wrong order we got was so rancid too, i don?t know why they did us so dirty.
The coffee has always been perfect and the staff are super nice and friendly.
