This guy is the real deal! He has extremely fresh ingredients and makes the most delicious ceviche and cocktail in South Texas. I definitely recommend the Gulf Coast ceviche or the Shrimp Cocktail just don't forget a bag of chips and a pack of crackers!My only complaint/recommendation is that there was a slight bitter taste to my shrimp cocktail it could have just been from the cilantro that day or something else. The ceviche had worms in it and the store owner refused to refund me my money after I showed him the food. Can't believe they served me food with maggots. Store owner knew what it was. Horrible experience. Definitely not recommended View all feedback.
