Super friendly 2x staff who helped me chose my first hot drink at sovereign which was impeccably presented. Nice chill atmosphere until dude sat at counter grilling staff on how they should be making drinks correctly. I’m all for staff training but do it either more discreetly or out of hours ?. I recently went for the first time and the barista was so friendly and welcoming while I decided what to get. Definitely coming back
