The food was fantastic; the portion size of the wings was just right. There were plenty of wings to go around, and the fries were hot and fresh with a generous serving of condiments. The wings at this restaurant are fantastic, but unfortunately, the service is extremely poor. It takes forever for them to take your order, deliver your food, or issue a refund if necessary. Even if you order online and the system says it will be ready in 30 minutes, it often takes over an hour. The female manager is not very helpful and seems confrontational.
