I had a smoked bride queen. I could try the smoke in the Briske! The bride was very tender and a pleasure to eat. The part was quite large and was full before completion. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive without being disturbing (whatever is a bonus). I will definitely eat again here! View all feedback.

We Came here to eat 05/21/2022 because I had never been to a CPC restaurant and I was highly disappointed, we got our meals and my husband got the fried brisket he poured the gravy on one and bbq sauce on the other went to take a bite and there was a BUG on his plate crawling on the gravy!
