Very good flat white as always. Business meeting and the place was okay for that. Easy access off and back onto the motorway with good size car park. The place was quite busy but clean and well kept. View all feedback.
What Tom Oliver doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
Fajita wrap was cold. They were clearly taking orders too quickly which meant everyone was crowded round the area to collect drinks/hot food. Forgot about the peach ice tea I ordered. When I asked for it the lady serving did not put the lid on properly which caused it to spill everywhere which I picked it up. She saw it happen and didn’t care. View all feedback.

What a lovely team of ladies at the Trowell Services! Happy, efficient actual table service! Well done!!
Disappointed Visit
Half way home we needed a break for ourselves and the dog. Service was slow coffee was cold. Didn't complain on the day as the queue was to long and slow

You can also consume dishes and drinks at the counter of the restaurant, and there is a eating area with chairs/tables. If the weather conditions are right, you can also eat and drink outside.
