Cordonbleu vom Kalb kann aus verschiedener Fleischqualität hergestellt werden ;-) eine Stufe besser und es könnte ein Hit daraus werden. Der Käse ist super - kein billiger Scheiblettenkäse - Pommes sind heute eine Gratwanderung zwischen matschig und vertrocknet auch darauf würde ich ein Augenmerk haben - sie waren diesmal gut!
