If you like proteins, well then here you can find a rich variety of proteins coming from flies and various insects, seasoning your dishes handled by hand by servers who are sometimes allergic to soap which immediately bring you back to those ancient farm smells and flavors; strong recall of the smells of moss, lichens, mushrooms and especially goat.
