"We had a great time dining in this restaurant. The food was very good, the staff very friendly and welcoming, and the service very good and flexible in meeting our special requests.... The whole interior design is pleasant, giving a nice atmosphere. We will be coming back for sure, especially when we want our foreign visitors to get a first experience of good homestyle local food in a beautiful environment, both inside the restaurant and in the beautiful town of Brunnen itself."

"Just stopped here for a coffee break here recently. Very friendly staff and great service. Very welcoming also of international guests. Very nice terrasse with great view on the lake on a sunny day. The food menu looked decent, will go and try next time."

"Incredible food served in a casual dining style. Great recommendations with the wine. We know nothing about local Swiss wine so the tone to help us chose so we had a great bottle so appreciated. All outdoor dining family friendly, middle of the woods incredible river views. We cycle there and plenty of parking but a bit of climb out of the valley … may have been the wine!"

"We were staying in the hotel and decided to eat in the bistro we were looking for something very casual and didn't really feel like going to the restaurant next door. We did however have the feeling that we were eating there with the service being quite formal but very efficient. Our food was excellent but I though a little over priced perhaps I could just be unfamiliar with local prices but I felt it not really good value."
