I am a chef and I've worked in restaurant management and I know how hard it is to find great service, but this young man carried himself very well and was extremely helpful and friendly. The fried chicken tenders were old and hard that the white meat inside wasn't even white anymore. It had the texture of cardboard. The veggies were lukewarm. I'm very disappointed in this location. I told the waitress that the food wasn't fresh when she asked if I wanted a to go container. She only apologized without offering a manager. Needless to say, I didn't leave a tip.
