The Great Impasta - Brunswick

What Lisa byrd likes about The Great Impasta:
Called ahead and had a 20 min wait or so when we got there, not bad considering how crowded they were.The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Our server was Anna, and she was wonderful.The food was descent. My boyfriend wasn't a big fan of the food but my salad and carbonara were delicious. View all feedback.

First and foremost the service was absolutely wonderful and the server was extremely pleasant. Unfortunately the food was definitely not what I expected. The scallops weren't seared at all they were really chewy and over done. The pasta was dry and sticky and we tried asking for extra sauce but it didn't help.
