My family and I have been to Vietnam several times and eaten in many street stalls restaurants. Anh Minh is as good as any of them. It is not a High Class place but has a great menu, excellent food, Licenced BYO and really well priced. Perhaps the most appealing aspect is the friendly service which is typical of the Vietnamese.
