What Elizabeth Navas doesn't like about Starbucks:
I went to this location on 2/15 and they did not secure the lid on my tea. When I went to take it out of my cup holder it spilt and burned me. Customer service offered me $50, told me they would make this location aware of the incident, and hope I come back in the future. This does not change the fact I was burned and now have a permanent scar. Beware of this location and make sure they actually secure the lid on you... read more.
