Finally something else than these Chinese restaurants to the chain, not bad but without surprise that we now find everywhere! What User doesn't like about Chao Chow City:
The €14 duck was dry not much difference with the €11 one. The restroom was horrifyingly filthy. Personnel seemed in a hurry. I see the appeal for people on a budget or travelers, but I wouldn't recommend it. 100m further you find better establishments. View all feedback.
I'm sad to hear that this place is closed. it is incredible that they can eat a nice lunch with rice and meat for just 4 €. simple meal, but delicious and fill. and so fast.
We got our food super fast, under 5 minutes in an already full restaurant. It's a 2 options menu only but our group shared both and they were splendid! I'll be back for sure!
We had great meals! they serve really fast, group will have free bottle water. the dessert fruit is always fresh. the employees have made a job! highly recommended.

I usually go there for their lunch menu which only cost 4€. So if you're not too fussy about taste and you want to fill your stomach, this is good alternative to a sandwich. Each day you have two meal to chose from, it changes everyday. Serving size is good and is very quickly served. You can either eat there or take it out! Spoon and fork is free, but if you want chopsticks you'll need to pay extra.
