Absolutely fantastic new restaurant. The basil fried rice was delicious. And Tom Kha soup was a real treat. The owners are also very friendly, and you can tell that they really care about making the restaurant succeed. The food was pretty good, but the service needs more work. When the bill came out, we were told they did not take card at this time due to network down. It would have been nice if they let us know that they only accept cash before we sat down and started ordering.
