We arrived late into Bucaramanga and we were looking for a nice meal. Chiflas proved perfect for it. Our server, Rafael, was bilingual, very knowledgeable about the menu and options and very attentive. We had a great salad that was fresh and very flavorful and we had sides of arepa santandereana and some plantains with cheese and hogo that were just perfect. Great location, food and service. What User doesn't like about El Viejo Chiflas:
My husband had one of the very popular parilla dishes. He loved his court. I had a burger, but I didn't like it. I think this restaurant is much better for use or typical food. The service was good. The waiter was very helpful and attentive. View all feedback.
The service was excellent and the food. They even treated us with dessert, of course on the house. Very recommended. Will likely visit again .
Loved it, great typical Santander cuisine.
