"I asked some friends to lead me to a place that has sancocho or mute. they brought me to la parrilla de julian. the restaurant offers typical santandereana, regional Colombian cuisine. I had the sancocho. this is a kind of suppe with rice,... ice cream, I think butter beans and a meat of choice. I had it with huh. I enjoyed the meal. it is similar to bogotas ajiaco, but without the added cream. the prices are moderate. a beautiful place for family and friends."
