I'd say this place is a trip to the 80's. But the we used to starve because of the Ceausescu regime. So... here is an utopia trip to a "ideal Bucharest", back in the 80's: the prices are more than friendly for the location, the service is "back to the 80's" and the food is just average. But in the summertime the garden is just fantastic. I would recommend the spot for a few beers or glasses of wine. read more.

The...Menu was quite small, but they had one or two vegan options. I ordered the “Super Bowl” for lunch, from which I was pleasantly surprised. I had so much avocado, quinoa and chickpeas since being vegan that [that I say] it can be boring now. But this “Super Bowl” was so good and delicious! I also had the vegan carrot cake that was really good. I love when restaurants have vegan desserts, except Sorbet and that felt like a luxury. The staff was friendly and my waiter could not have been more helpful. I think you order your food in the bar, but they bring your food and drinks to the table for you. I think you'd regret missing this restaurant in Bucharest. It's a little jewel and a really beautiful place. Note: If you sit in the garden, wear insect repellent. I was eaten alive by mosquitoes."
