Dolce Bacio - Bucharest

What User likes about Dolce Bacio:
Happened upon this place by chance but I'm so so glad I did. When I was crossing the University underpass, I did not expect to find great tea and ice cream place but there it was. I went three times in the four days I was in Bucharest, that's how much I loved their tea and their service. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Dolce Bacio:
It wasn't the time when the location was to be closed, but the staff began to use a broom to clean the location while they were customers at the tables trying to eat cakes and tea. So terrible! View all feedback.
