8/19/23 My family and I dine at Ciao Grazie frequently. As is my habit when eating out, I always bring my own water bottle. However, tonight at Ciao Grazie, shortly after being seated, the hostess confiscated my water, under the guise it was necessary to protect their liquor license. Given this experience, we have decided not to visit Ciao Grazie again. View all feedback.

"The young lady making my açai bowl literally stopped went and opened both doors outside looking for me and then went bright back inside without switching her gloves and continued to touch the fruit to go inside my bowl. I asked why she didn?t switch her gloves and she said that she didn?t even think of it. They did not offer to remake my bowl for me and I am simply disgusted. That is a health code violation. How many customers come in and out of this establishment touching the doors and she didn?t even consider to change her gloves or wash her hands."
