What User doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Watson Marketplace:
I support first responders, I use too go here since 2019 best sandwiches ever!! Now the staff are rude , also sandwiches tast like processed meat ?! And the kids that work there doesn?t make it right I should have taken a picture! I took my sandwich back to get refund, the little mangers said he will make it right ! Well he didn?t! "The young lady making my açai bowl literally stopped went and opened both doors outside looking for me and then went bright back inside without switching her gloves and continued to touch the fruit to go inside my bowl. I asked why she didn?t switch her gloves and she said that she didn?t even think of it. They did not offer to remake my bowl for me and I am simply disgusted. That is a health code violation. How many customers come in and out of this establishment touching the doors and she didn?t even consider to change her gloves or wash her hands."

"This is not fast food…it’s good food fast. Stopped in on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised with the quality. We did the fish (cod) sandwich which was very fresh, and had a great burger. Fries were good. The ice cream and “cement mixers” looked amazing but we did not have one! Next time for sure! Friendly staff. VictorB"
