Probably the most cosy, unspoilt pub I know. We always visit here if we are anywhere near the area and sometimes we travel over an hour just to visit. Lovely, friendly owner who always has time to chat. Great, good quality, home cooked food. As welcoming on a damp misty day as it is on a hot sunny day. View all feedback.

One of the worst pasties I’ve ever eaten ????, no swede, no onion, mushed up meat and too much pepper with no salt, sorry but after a walk on the moor with friends it should have been a lovely finish but it was just embarrassing, thought it would be a safe destination for people who appreciate good food but I was wrong.
