"I have been to a good amount of Jason’s Deli locations around the country and this location, by far, is the best! The manager and the staff are always pleasant and helpful, going out of their way to serve their patrons well. Last night I was getting carry out from this location in Mobile, AL and there were no apple slices on the salad bar it was fairly late in the evening and with COVID, there are shortages of things sometimes) so I thought maybe they were out, but asked anyways if they might be out of them. The lady working on the salad bar said she thought they might be out but said she would go check. She found that they still had a small amount behind the prep counter and gave me some. I could tell that she was trying to pick out the nicest looking ones also, which was both kind and generous of her. I also happened to ask the manager about what type of hummus they use because it looked so delicious and he went and got a container of it to show me the brand; just one more way they go the extra mile. The portion sizes are very generous and the food is always so incredible at this location. I highly recommend you go here to eat! Also, as a side note, the free ice cream/soft serve is one more added tasty treat that I really enjoy and their machine works great! Thank you so much, all you fabulous people at the Airport Blvd. Mobile Jason’s Deli! I work hard for my paycheck and always feel like spending my money here is not wasted, but a great tasting healthy fun experience. I will be back again soon!"

"If they start from this situation, they want a real CHIK-FIL-A experience. that's probably the worst place I've ever seen. I gave an order before the time, paid for it, came through the drive thru, and when I came into the window, everyone was confused. I had clearly paid for my order that I showed them. I was told that I would have to come back to the net to talk to someone, doesn't make any sense, but okay. They asked me to move up and they would get a manager. she wasn't helpful either. to pay for my order again. Wait again and she should bring it to me. she's not here yet. I've been here for almost 30 minutes to get a 5-piece child meal for my daughter. in the meantime they canceled my original order. the order uses my cashapp boost so it costs more to place the order again and now my daughter probably won't even eat when I get there to get it because she will change in the car on the away dance class. it seems like every time I come to this particular place it is chaotic, I don't get my whole order, the waiting time is ridiculous, etc. at this point I have no plans to return to this place. personal and management is not helpful or friendly at all. (It is now 15 minutes since I placed my second order and still no eating) and now my daughter definitiw will be too late for the dance. update: after 45 minutes I finally got 5 nuggets and mac n cheese. I did not notice until after my departure my daughter did not put in the bag, but at least that was expected."

"A friend and I decided to try brunch here today. It wasn't her first visit but it was for me. I joined the waitlist through Yelp, and thank goodness I did! It was an estimated 45 1 hour, and it took every bit of the 1 hour wait before we were seated. We each ordered the holiday Gingerbread Latte drink hers iced and not boozy, mine hot and boozy. I chose rum as the liquor of choice, and when I tell you it was deliciously strong, I am not fibbing! She ordered the Biscuits Gravy for her meal, and I ordered the Migas (no cilantro! with shrimp added. I also got some breakfast potatoes on the side. The entree was wonderful, and while the potatoes had good flavor, they were a little soggy for my taste. I expected them to be a little crispy, and they weren't. Our server was wonderful! She was personable, attentive and courteous. I'm looking forward to coming back soon!"
