What Joey J likes about Noeme:
I discovered by chance because of my hotel, where I was for a month. The best restaurant in Bucharest in my experience (and I ate at different places almost every night), and I tried it 2 times. The main course was great, we took sweet potato gnocchis and they were perfect. The entries however were a bit disappointing, the dish presentation was impressive but the flavors were bland and lacking impact despite what looked like interesting combinations.
