Official work hours start at 9.00 but I was there at 10.20 and the place was not yet open, the terrace was empty but they would not let me sit anywhere, a blonde lady told me to come back in 15 minutes, for a cafe',...on a Monday morning this is not ok, I was planning to meet a friend there for a quick chat and coffee, we made plans for nothing.
