"This is a GREAT! Old world style pizzeria...it's small and in downtown Austin and walking distance from most of the hotels. Would highly recommend. "DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to pay for overpriced food that is halfway decent at best and terrible service. While Two Hands might look cute, it is a complete façade. The dining experience I had at two hands was one of the worst I have ever had. The service at two hands was absolutely terrible. In a span of about an hour our server Cesar checked up on us maybe one time. Shortly after receiving my food I asked for extra ketchup. After 40 minutes I still had received no ketchup and our server had not been back to our table. I had to ask another server to bring ketchup because my server never did. Additionally one of the people I was with ordered hash browns which were not served until an hour after we had ordered and were cold in the middle. After we had finished our food we could not even ask for our check because our server was nowhere to be found. Going to two hands is an absolute mistake. The food is overpriced and the service is awful."

"Be very careful of this place they have crackheads working there as first-hand knowledge that I saw this man was picking up his scabs while making the pizzas. They also have teenagers asking what meth feels like in front of other customers. It’s unfortunate because the pizza is pretty tasty, but the management is terrible although it seems as though it’s a corporation, it is franchise, so no matter what you say nothing changes and it goes right back to that boss who owns that same store no accountability ."

"I've been in a restaurant business since I was 16. I've seen restaurants treat people in a really bad way customers and employees. If you refuse to serve a customer 10 minutes before you close and you have a pattern of doing this it will not look good for your future. It will definitely hurt your chances of having a brick and mortar. I was trying to deliver for a customer and you guys answered the phone and told me it was okay to call back and place the order once I got a substitution. I was literally around the corner. You told me you were closed and you started closing everything up. That is a pet peeve a lot of customers have when they go to a restaurant if that happens to them they will probably never come back. I will not be coming back to even deliver.My Reply:I was literally on Robert S. Black and Main Street when I called at 8:48 p.m. on a Friday night which is the money maker bread and butter night of the week for any restaurant. I arrived there at 8:52 and it was 4 minutes later. The very friendly young lady that picked up when I mentioned it was for a GrubHub should have told me that the you stopped taking orders. This was a order and pay order. Anyways it's the past. No I won't change the rating."
