"Be very careful of this place they have crackheads working there as first-hand knowledge that I saw this man was picking up his scabs while making the pizzas. They also have teenagers asking what meth feels like in front of other customers. It’s unfortunate because the pizza is pretty tasty, but the management is terrible although it seems as though it’s a corporation, it is franchise, so no matter what you say nothing changes and it goes right back to that boss who owns that same store no accountability ."

"Ordered cookies at 2pm, delivery was scheduled for 2:51, the tracker said the delivery was a minute away for a full hour. I finally cave and call in at 4pm and they say it’s been ready but nobody could deliver it. No notice, no nothing to inform me of this. They tell me they can make me fresh cookies and try to have someone deliver again, but I’m not gonna wait 6 hours for $40 cookies. Terrible experience. Go in person, never get it delivered because they’ll just blame DoorDash when they have bad customer service."

"Truly an old Austin gem. I love the atmosphere and the staff is wonderful. They have the best hummus in town by far. I try to eat an oil-free diet and it?s such a perk the hummus does not contain any oil. My partner also raves about their zaatar, baklava and eggplant dip. Also a great option if you?re stopping in for lunch. They have amazing wraps and gyros. They are made fresh and the service is fast. Thank you Phoenicia! Please never change."

"After waiting 4 weeks for our reservation, we had high expectations going in to our dinner at El Alma, and it did not disappoint! Our drinks (a frozen marg and the white sangria) were delicious and refreshing, and the two table salsas were so tasty that we ordered more to have with our mains! For vegans, the vegan enchilada was awesome! I would come back just to have that again. As soon as we were done with dinner, we knew we had to make another reservation so we can come back and try more of their delicious food. El Alma definitely lives up to the hype!"
