This place has really gone down hill. I gave my order 2 separate times, all for them to mess up. My son is allergic to ketchup and they still put ketchup on the wrong sandwich asked for. While I was standing there waiting for the food to be cooked I watched a girl drop a knife on the ground and pick it up and almost cut the bagel with the dropped knife, thankfully another worker hurry and handed her a new knife to us...
