The staff was very unfriendly and ended up giving us the wrong side menu. An angry expression!!! If you don't want to work, you don't have to. I don't understand why you do it. View all feedback.
This is my favorite el pollo loco. It's great, very nice staff, clean and near by.
Everything was fine except that it took them a while to deliver my order, I had to wait almost 30 minutes.
This one rocks. always hot food.Fresh tasty and delicious.
This day, 02/14/2024, I went to buy my food at this restaurant as usual and the person who served us was very bad-tempered. His name is SUNNY. The truth is, it's not my fault that they didn't give him anything for Saint's Day. Valentin and he was taking out his frustration on me, I think I will not attend this location again.
Make sure you check for utensils and sauce before you leave.
