I've been a fan of their sandwiches for a long time and have often considered it one of the best places in the area. However, during my recent visit, I noticed an issue. The woman who prepared my sandwich seemed either inexperienced or distracted, as my sandwich was poorly made and fell apart. This really detracted from the overall experience. It's important for staff to take their time and arrange the ingredients carefully; simply throwing them together doesn’t work well. This place truly deserves a full 5-star rating, but I urge them to focus on employee training to ensure better sandwich quality in the future.
