Club Serrano - Buenos Aires

Worst night ever. They've spent 1 hour and a half for each order, food or just a glass of beer. They ruined my friends birthday.

We went here on a busy Friday afternoon for a quick lunch. It was the least busy of all the neighborhood restaurants. Now I know why.There were several empty tables. None were clean, but we sat down at one anyway. 30 minutes later someone cleaned the table and dropped off menus. 30 minutes after that they took our order. 75 minutes after that they brought our food and then another wait for the check. The food was basic and not really that good. my steak medallions were over cooked, but I didn't want to wait another hour for them to fix it so I ate it. The waiteress was apologetic and said the kitchen was backed up. It was clear they were way understaffed and had efficiency problems.

I was to Club Serrano for drink something with friends. We ask to a blonde young waitress for a table. We waited for 30 minutes for a menú, and nothing. Then we decided to go away and we found this waitress blonde girl to a store next the bar, talking and smoking with a friend... Very bad!

We went to Club Serrano, a bar, and expected no more. My Pesceto Milanesa was excellent, My wife ordered the Mediterranean Brucheta, full of Prosciutto. Very nice. Two Lisos, (250 cc of Beer) and two Mineral waters for less than 20$ Nice and clean place.

We were too early for dinner so ended up at this what I call essentially a bar...I ordered a lomo cut and it was delicious...we ordered a sparkling which went well with our meal...service was good...
