I stopped by on my nightly walk thru the area. A few empty tables on the sidewalk so I grabbed one. Big guy walked up and I ordered a Quilmes. He brought it with a tiny bowl of the local snack. Said $75,00 AR pesos. Most I have paid for a Quilmes is $60.00 AR Pesos. Never ask if I wanted a menu or saw him again in regards to service. No music the night I was there. read more.
