Home delivery: calzone with spinach, mushrooms, gorgonzola and egg. Gorgonzola not visible and you didn't taste it either. Spinach was a leaf spinach. I don't know whether frozen or fresh, but it was good. Canned mushrooms... No go! The dough was quite fluffy/soft. Combined, the calzone left a small puddle of water/fat.
