"Don't hesitate to ask them for the flavors that you want! They're geniuses. I don't know how they they did it but with just couple of vague pointers from my side I had cocktails that were so perfect they filled a hole in my soul. This place was the highlight of my trip in Salzburg."

"While this restaurant is located a little off the beaten track, it is well worth making the trip to experience some truly unique dumpling dishes. Austria is famous for their Knödel (dumplings), but most of the time they are a rather plain variety called Semmel-knödel,...which usually accompanies a meat and vegetable dish. Here, the Knödel are the main attraction. The Gasthaus offers 15 different dumpling dishes. Many are made with a different meat or sausage, while one is made with mushrooms and another with spinach. You can order a dish with just one flavor or select a mixed plate to sample a wider variety of taste experiences. They even have sweet dessert dumplings too. We were amazed at their unique variety and this was matched by the friendly service and cheerful surroundings."

"I went there with a friend as we wanted to eat something small and it was my idea to try this place out. The menu really surprised me, especially the drinks were pretty unusual but sounded interesting! I went for a Chai Latte and the soup of the day (mixed vegetables). It was a quite small bowl, but it was enough and I can't complain about the taste. The Chai Latte, though it was presented beautifully, didn't taste like much. The ambience and the staff were alright and the prices, well, they are Salzburg prices so I won't complain. I may come there again to taste some of those special drinks they're offering."
