What Anne O doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I was shocked by how terrible the customer service experience recently. The worker with the name tag “El Diablo” (go figure!! . He didn’t look at us once. Never spoke to us, never told is the price. We thanked him and he kept his head down, no “you’re welcome”. Really shocking they would hire someone with absolutely no interest in basic interaction with paying customers. View all feedback.
I walked into this store this morning at 6:45am before work. I stood there and was not acknowledged. I waited five minutes for someone to at least greet me. There were two guys working and they both ignored me. One guy came past me and got a donut for the drive through and didn’t say anything and went back to the side. When I arrived they were giving two guys who came though the back door coffees. There was no one else in the place waiting to order but myself. This was very rude and disappointing and I will never go here again. I would not recommend anyone go here either with this lack of service. Tim Hortons should be ashamed of these people they hired to work here.
Timhortons located inside Esso gas station. Drive through service also found to be quick. Nice place to fill gas and have a quick bite. Washrooms found reasonably clean.
Good consistency with their coffee, some staff need personalities as they don't say one word through the entire visit. Hit or miss depending on who is working
Great stuff... sorry, kids ate too fast, no pics of the foodbut great folks and service!
Usual Tim Horton . Sweet services. Girls are fast and quick service.
