We received absolutely no guidance on how to use the kayaks, where to go or not go once out on the water, etc. I had to ask them how long we could stay out and how to get in. There was no safety talk like you get with most other places. Once we were out on the water, we quickly realized that they hadn't closed the plug on one of the kayaks and we capsized.
