Because of the food they give you! My daughter ordered a steak sandwich and when it came to the table, what she had to eat was basically a subroll. I made the waitress aware that I hadn't expected to pay $16 for a sandwich that had 5 cubes on it. The waitress told me they'd split the meat and if I wanted to get extra, I'd have to pay for it.
