I place an online order with this place to pick up. You charge my credit card, send me an email confirming my order. then send a text that tells me my food is ready. When I arrive to pick up my order, the restaurant is closed! I get a call the next day basically say Ooops we screwed up and we will refund your credit card. No formal apology.
