i always stop here for a coffee after getting a pastry from butter block and i’ve never gotten a bad drink. line went quick and barista was friendly and easy to chat with. not sure why another reviewer said there was no difference wifi because there is definitely wifi View all feedback.

Absolutely my favorite coffee shop. As someone who traveled from Rochester to Buffalo for their drinks means a lot. However, after today’s experience I will no long be going as customer service was awful. Seeing the barista make a face and mutter a comment so unprofessional. Never in my life have I ever been made feel a burden for letting them know I ordered an iced beverage rather than hot. Very disappointed. View all feedback.
