Omg I don’t know where to start. This is, by far, the best ramen I ever had in my life (and I have eaten a lot of ramen in nyc)! I got the Tomyum so hold taken and it didn’t disappoint. I ordered take out. The fried rice was flavorless, and I don 't think it can legally be called fried as it wasn 't; see photo. The ramen should have a soft boiled egg, which pairs nicely with broth. A hard boiled egg does not. The chashu pork for the ramen was far too thick to enjoy, cut inconsistently, and not braised. The broth was good though.
