What Patrick Mercer doesn't like about Wegmans:
This store has completely ruined self checkout with their software upgrade that locks you out if the weight is not *exactly* what is expected. I shopped for fewer than 20 items and had to have my kiosk unlocked by an employee four times. Obviously this is a theft deterrent, but if that 's the case, how come I saw one of your employees harassing a poor old woman in front of the store for allegedly shoplifting? Wegmans... Wegmans is by far the best grocery store around here! Fresh produce, excellent meat selection and quality, and they are well staffed with friendly employees
