What Francois Rodigari doesn't like about Le Moderne:
The restaurant is quite attractive and features a variety of foods from classic swiss fare to steak tartare and poki bowls. We found the steak tartare to be excellent, although we would have liked an option to request the addition of garlic and more cayenne pepper. The salmon poki was a disappointment.
