Part of my order was not received when delivered (via Menulog), i phoned the restaurant to report the issue to them and they said they had packed it all and that it must have been the delivery driver who took some or my order. They weren't prepared to refund any of the missing order, or even follow up with the menu log people or driver about the missing food. There was no sympathetic response at all, or even a chance...
